อุเทสิกเจดีย์สร้างเป็นอนุสรณ์การปักปันเขตแดนในรัชสมัยของสมเด็จพระมหาจักรพรรดิ
แห่งกรุงศรีอยุธยากับพระเจ้าไชยเชษฐาแห่งกรุงศรีสัตนาคนหุต (เวียงจันทน์)
U-Tesik was erected to the memorial in the emperor
era of Kung Sri Ayuttaya and Pha jaow Chaiyachetta of Kung Sri Suttana Kanahoot
(VIENTIANE) when the boundary is separated.
ก่อสร้างเมื่อ
พ.ศ.2103 เสร็จเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2106 ตั้งอยู่วัดพระธาตุศรีสองรัก ซึ่งเป็นวัดที่ไม่มีพระสงฆ์พำนัก บ้านหัวนายูง

It is built from 1560 to 1563 and located at Phra
That Sri Song Rak temple, Ban Hua Nayung, Dan Sai sub-district without the Monk
lives.
องค์พระธาตุก่ออิฐก่อปูน The Buddha’s relic is built by bricks and cements.
มีฐานสี่เหลี่ยมจัตุรัส
ขนาดกว้างด้านละ 10.47 เมตร
สูง 19.19 เมตร
The square bases, width 10.4 meter and 19.19 meter
high.
บนยอดพระธาตุมีแก้วครอบเป็นโคม
มีกระดิ่งลูกเล็ก ๆแขวนอยู่เหนือโคม
On the top of Phra That is covered with a crystal
and a little bell is hung over there.
กรมศิลปากรประกาศให้เป็นโบราณสถานแห่งชาติ เมื่อวันที่ 8 มีนาคม 2478
The Fine Arts Department has declared, it is a
national historic site since March 8, 1935.
